Thank you for choosing to register with IELTS Tehran.  Our online system has been designed to make things easy and convenient for all candidates.  By following the simple instructions you can register for the test of your choice from the comfort of your own home. 

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A USER PROFILE, PLEASE CLICK THE "LOGIN" BUTTON IN THE GREY MARGIN.  

IF YOU NEED TO ENTER A NEW PASSPORT NUMBER OR UPLOAD A NEW PHOTO, LOG IN AND ENTER YOUR PROFILE VIA THE STATUS PAGE AND CLICK THE EDIT BUTTON BEFORE RESERVING A NEW TEST.  DO NOT FILL THIS FORM AGAIN OR CREATE ANOTHER PROFILE. 

 PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR REGISTRATION SERVICES - CREATING A PROFILE AND SELECTING A TEST DATE IS EASY AND FREE OF CHARGE

If you choose to disregard our advice, please beware of agents who:

  • do not tell you your profile username and password
  • create a registration email address for you without giving you the login details
  • want extra money for giving you your bank receipt

IF YOU CANNOT PRODUCE YOUR ORIGINAL BANK RECEIPT ON TEST DAY, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

Before commencing registration procedures, please make sure you have read the guidelines on the registration page of this site carefully.  It is important that you complete all steps of the registration procedure in order and do not attempt to remit the test fee before obtaining a reservation number in step 4.  Bank details cannot be accessed until you reach this step.

Candidates who pay in advance and then request a refund if they fail to reserve a test date afterwards, must pay an administration charge for this service.

STEP ONE

Create a user profile by entering your personal data below.   Please take your time and fill in the form accurately, as the details you provide will be copied into the IELTS database and used for all your test documents.

Candidates must enter their own email address and cannot use the same one as a friend or relative.

Married women must register with their own passport.  Shared identification is not acceptable.   If your passport is due to expire soon, please apply for a new one BEFORE creating your profile. 

Once your profile has been approved, it should be used for all future test reservations and it is not necessary to create a new one. 

All profiles which have not been approved within 8 days will be deleted

ANY CANDIDATE WHO ENTERS FALSE DATA TO TRY AND CREATE MORE THAN ONE PROFILE WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM THIS SITE FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS
